Matt Witte

Matt started WCP back in May of 2019 with over 18-years-experience (yes, he was 13) in the painting industry. A 2007 graduate of Winters Mill High School, Matt went on to attend University of Maryland Eastern Shore where he earned a scholarship to play Division I Baseball. Matt graduated UMES in 2011 with a degree in Exercise Science/ Kinesiology. From there Matt went on to get two Masters Degrees (Athletic Administration and Teaching) before he accepted his first teaching job. Matt has worked for both Baltimore City Public Schools as well as Carroll County Public Schools. Along his teaching road Matts business blossomed from just helping friends/family after work to WCP as you know it today. As if life wasn’t crazy enough, Matt and his devoted wife have two beautiful little girls who keep them busy. He remains a sports enthusiast and enjoys golfing in his spare time. Matt is very proud of all his accomplishments and is humbled by his success. He is proud of the team he has built and what they have been able achieve in such a short time.

Paul Macciocca

Paul grew up in Westminster and was a 2007 graduate of Winters Mill High School. He went on to attend East Carolina University (Go Pirates!) before graduating with a degree in Computer Networking Systems. Prior to joining WCP, Paul worked for 8 years in the Healthcare Industry where he has learned a lot about customer service. He quickly carried his excellent customer service skills into his new role with us as a Sales Manager. Paul is happily married with little boy that he can’t wait to play sports with! For fun, Paul enjoys playing new golf courses, spending time with family and friends as well as watching 90’s movies with his wife. Paul will be the first face you see when you schedule an estimate and will continue to follow up with you throughout the project. Paul loves to meet new people and works hard at his job. He is an asset to the WCP team.

Garrett Miller

Garrett is a familiar face within the industry with 12 years of professional painting experience. He successfully owned and operated his own painting company for 11 years before deciding to join forces with WCP. He is very hard working, determined and compassionate. You will see Garrett at any point throughout the job and with his experience and knowledge he can give you answers on pretty much anything painting/drywall. Garrett has lived locally in Westminster all his life and enjoys the country living. He is a lucky man with 4 kids and a loving and supportive wife. While he rarely takes a day off, in his “off time” he enjoys skiing, dirt bikes and grilling out with his family.

Brian Martin

Brian is a 2011 graduate of Winters Mill High School. After graduation he went on to attend Shepherd University where he played baseball for 4 years before graduating with a degree in Sports Marketing. Prior his current position with WCP, Brian worked for GM Painting where he earned 8 years of painting/drywall experience. Much like a superhero, Brian may be a painter by day, but he is also helping his community as a Frederick County Firefighter by night. As if life wasn’t busy enough, he and his lovely wife Sara are expecting their first child this November! He may not get much of it but in his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and hanging out with his family/friends. He currently works for us part time so if assigned to your job you will typically see Brian either at the beginning or end of your project. He is professional, hardworking, and very reliable. We are lucky to have such a team player and are excited to see Brian grow professionally.

Elijah Miller

Born and raised in Westminster, Elijah is a 2015 graduate of Winters Mill High School. He went on to attend Carroll Community College and graduated in 2019 with an AA in General Studies. After graduation Elijah decided to jump into the painting world and was hired with GM Painting for 5 years before transitioning to his new role with WCP. While Elijah has only been with us for a short period of time he excels in his new role. He is a skilled painter, hard worker and very professional. If assigned to you, you will typically see Elijah from start of project to the end. He is also very skilled with drywall so you may see him if your project requires hanging/repairing drywall. On his off days, Elijah enjoys cruising in his Camaro, bowling, riding dirt bikes, and skiing. He also looks forward to his annual family trip to Nags Head. WCP is lucky to have a team player like Elijah and we look forward to watching him grow within the company!

Felix Lopez

Felix grew up in El Porvenir Atlantida, Honduras where after the sixth grade he was hired for his first job working in the pineapple fields. However, Felix continued his education and attended night school to complete his High School education. In 1996, he immigrated to the United States with his sister and resided in New York City where he worked in maintenance for many years. In 2000, Felix moved to Baltimore and continued to work in maintenance for apartment buildings and even as a residential “handyman”. After relocating to Maryland, Felix wanted to learn English to be able to help his friends translate English to Spanish. From 2001 to 2018, he worked in the restaurant industry where he started as a dishwasher and worked his way to general manager by taking classes offered through the restaurant. In 2018, Felix started working for WCP as a “helper”/painter and through his hard work and dedication he quickly was promoted to his current position as a Project Manager. Felix is a team player and very hardworking. He is truly the unsung hero of our team. For fun, Felix enjoys hiking, reading books, and collecting old and rare coins. He is grateful for this new opportunity and for the new friends he has made. Felix is yet another all-star addition to our stellar team.
